The Endless Escape from the WWW

Unfortunately, I wasn't there during the beginning days of the Internet.

Too late to view the internet before its full commercialization.

Just in time to watch as it all goes to hell :(

KOSA is strictly for the spying of the American people by the US Government. A trojan horse, it hides under the guise of "protecting children," which apparently, includes the restriction of trans and LGBTQ topics. This is the only reason it may even pass the house.

Needless to say, I don't want to be a part of an internet where the government spies on me. But I also don't want to use Tor, even though it's anonymous. The slowness frustrates me. The Gophernet or the Gemini Protocol seem to be the answer for me. A youtube clone for gemini would be amazing. Could call it "GeminiTube" or something like that. I'm not the strongest coder, and from what I can tell, Gemini can't fully support something like that. It supports video playback, but do I know?
